Terms & Conditions

Galleries are invitation-only. You need the private gallery link supplied by your photographer and its password. Access is limited to one device at a time: signing in on a new device immediately ends the session on the previous one, and that device will be signed out.

Galleries expire. Once expired, the gallery and its media become unavailable and media is permanently deleted after the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• share your gallery link, password or session with anyone else;
• capture, copy, screen-record, mirror or redistribute the photos or videos;
• attempt to bypass gallery security, download limits or expiry; or
• use the service for anything unlawful or infringing.

The app restricts screenshots and screen recording on Android and records security events. Downloading media is only available through a request approved by your photographer.

The photos and videos remain the property of the photographer and/or their client. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership or grants you any right to use the media beyond viewing it in your gallery, or downloading it where a request has been approved.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim to keep it available and your media intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and galleries are not intended as permanent storage. Please keep your own copies of anything you are licensed to keep.

Approved download links are time-limited and limited in the number of uses. Re-sharing an approved link may cause it to expire and may be treated as a breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, LensDrop and the photographer are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of access after a gallery expires or a session is ended by signing in elsewhere.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, which are reflected by the “last updated” date above.
